โš–๏ธ Relief And Support For Needy Families Under Nepali Law

The Government Of Nepal, Through Its Constitution And National Policies, Ensures That Vulnerable And Underprivileged Families Are Entitled To Relief, Protection, And Basic Social Support. Nepali Law Recognizes The Importance Of Helping Citizens Who Are Affected By Poverty, Natural Disasters, Health Crises, Or Social Challenges.

The Constitution Of Nepal (2015) Guarantees The Right To Social Justice And The Right To Live With Dignity. It Directs The State To Provide Assistance To Children, Women, Senior Citizens, Persons With Disabilities, And Disadvantaged Communities. These Protections Form The Legal Basis For Relief And Welfare Programs Across The Country.

Different Acts And Government Guidelines Allow Families In Need To Access Support Such As:

  • Food, Shelter, And Clothing Assistance During Emergencies And Disasters.

  • Free Or Subsidized Healthcare For Poor Families, Cancer Patients, Senior Citizens, And Children.

  • Scholarships And Educational Support For Underprivileged Children And Marginalized Groups.

  • Skill Development And Training Programs To Empower Women, Youth, And Unemployed Citizens.

  • Social Security Allowances For Elderly Citizens, Single Women, And People With Disabilities.

Through These Measures, Nepali Law Seeks To Reduce Inequality And Create Opportunities For Families That Have Long Been Excluded From Development. However, Challenges Remain In Reaching Every Rural And Marginalized Household. Partnerships Between The Government, Community Organizations, And Social Foundations Like Sole Encounters Foundation Play A Vital Role In Bridging This Gap And Delivering Relief Where It Is Needed Most.

"Serving Humanity, Building Hope"

We believe that every small act of kindness creates ripples of change. Through education, healthcare, child welfare, and community support, our foundation is dedicated to uplifting lives and empowering those in need.
